Frank Cornier – Chief Executive Officer
He has over 20 years of real estate development experience, including rehabilitation and new construction of single-family and multifamily homes, mixed-use, commercial properties, and property management. Through HOME and CDBG funds, he has successfully completed countless development projects in various Florida cities including Tampa, Port Richey, Holiday, Land O Lakes, and Lake Wales. Additionally, he has managed over $100mm of construction with several Florida Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multifamily projects.

Derrick Blue – Chief Operating Officer
He has nearly 20 years of experience in weatherization, real estate development, entrepreneurship, and economic strategy. One of his most recent accomplishments was spearheading the development and repurposing of a storage unit in East Tampa into a 30,000 sq ft business incubator known as the 55508 Co-Working and Collaboration Exchange. Derrick is a thought leader in the areas of entrepreneurship and developing sustainable initiatives to improve the conditions in vulnerable communities. Derrick is also a prominent voice in helping to shape policy on issues related to weatherization and home performance in Florida. He is also the Senior Pastor of Activ8 Church, where he and his wife Melanie focus on improving communities through spiritual and economic development.

Charles Young Jr – Chief Financial Officer
He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, real estate development, and entrepreneurship. His career started at a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he obtained his CPA license. His career path has included developing financial reporting systems for various companies, assisting in business combinations, and managing his family-owned, boutique-style, Tax and Accounting firm. Through the firm, he has assisted in multiple real estate development projects, compliance reporting for non-profit and governmental projects, and business incubation for developing companies.
